Service Description

This class is held first thing in the morning, to honor the energy of a new day. After a brief intention setting ritual, our teacher will begin their practice of a yoga sequence to a curated playlist. You can choose to follow the teacher or do your own practice. This class is held for donation. All donations go to Hope 4A Street Dog and to a local family in need.

Upon booking you agree that you are of sound mind and physical health and that you are responsible for your safety during our classes and while on our premises. You hereby indemnify Playa Negra Yoga and all teachers, contractors and staff from any liability whatsoever.
