We’ve been an internationally recognized yoga school since 2007, offering 200- and 500-hour certifications in Vinyasa, Power, Restorative, Yin, and Hatha Yoga. Our holistic programs also include continuing education in Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, trauma-aware practices, and personal development—supporting both teaching excellence and inner growth.

Our mission is to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for you to explore your practice, reconnect with your inner strength, and experience lasting healing. We believe yoga and well-being should be accessible to all—and that sharing these practices is a powerful way to give back and uplift our community. A portion of our proceeds from classes, yoga teacher training, retreats, and merchandise sales is donated to Hope 4 A Street Dog, an organization that provides care and support to street dogs in need as well as local families in need.
